By accessing and/or using any part of the Platform or the Platform Funcionality/Services and Materials, the users affirm that he acknowledges and agree to these Use Conditions. If the user does not accept these Use Conditions, none use or access to the platform (O DI CONTINUARE AD USARE) should be done. The user is responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions with anyone who will use any material or content of the Platform, after accessing.

These terms and conditions will be periodically updated and/or modified. Users are responsible to consult the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform in this page on a regular basis in order to be informed of potential changes, additions and/ or cancellations on the site. Any change/update to these Terms and Conditions comes into force from the time of its publication on this page. By continuing to use the Platform, the user agrees to the implementation of such changes/updates.
3. General release
The Platform CCR Digital Lab, as well as its contents, can be updated and modified at any time.
Although CCR is constantly striving to keep up to date the Platform, no explicit or implied declarations or warranties are given that the content of the Platform is accurate, complete, up-to-date and free of errors or omissions. Moreover, it is not guaranteed that the Platform is free from computer errors or viruses.
It is not guaranteed that the Platform, or any of its part, would be always accessible and not subject to interruptions. The CCR reserves the right to suspend of modify all or part of the Platform without prior notice and will not be responsible for the unavailability of the Platform at any time or period for any reason.
The CCR and the Platform CCR Digital Lab shall not be liable to users for any loss or damage, whether contractual or non-contractual, breach of a legal obligation, or other breach, even if foreseeable, derived from or relating to the use or impossibility of use of the Platform or the use or reliance on the content published on the Platform.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The CCR is the owner or licensee of the intellectual property rights on the Platform and on the content, materials and trademarks or logos published therein. In particular, the content is protected by the applicable copyright rules.
Any use of such content will be considered a violation of the rights on such content and CCR Digital Lab reserves the right to enforce such rights.
The user will be allowed to read, view and listen, print (where permitted) the content of a single page for private, personal and non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and industrial and intellectual property rights on the material are respected; however, the user shall not make any copy of the contents by means of any electronic device or by any other means and shall not extract, copy, distribute, sell, publish or transmit any part of the content electronically or otherwise (such as through links or in any other way, such as a built-in player by means of any form of embedding, pop-ups or similar). By accepting these Terms of Use and Conditions, the user acknowledges and accepts the prohibition to extract from the Platform any content on the behalf of third parties, recognising that such conduct will result in the material violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

6. Use of the Platform by minors
The use of the Platform by minors under the age of fourteen (14) years is subject to the permission of a parent or guardian. Parents of minors who use the Platform are reminded of the importance of discussing the topic of online security with them. Minors using the Platform must comply with these Conditions.
7. E-commerce
Any purchase made through the website https://www.ccrdigital-lab.it/ is subject to the Terms of Sale available on the Platform.
8. Permitted Uses
The user can use the Platform for legitimate purposes only.
By accessing the Platform, you agree not to use the Platform:
- in any manner that contravenes local, national or international laws or regulations
- in any fraudulent manner or having a fraudulent purpose or effect
- for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors
- in any manner that may interrupt, interfere with or restrict the use of the Platform by other users
- for the purpose of sending unwanted or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other similar solicitation (‘spam’)
- to transmit data, send or knowingly upload material that contains viruses, Trojans, worms or other codes, programs or files created to destroy, disrupt or restrict the functionality of any computer, software or hardware or telecommunication equipment.
- to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, to the server on which the Platform is installed, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Platform.
The user must ensure that any material uploaded, posted or transmitted through or on the Platform is not fake, offensive, defamatory, intimidating, obscene or illegal and that it does not represent violation of the rights of third parties.
The user must keep its login credentials to the Platform (username and password) confidential and not make them available to third parties, taking note of the strictly confidential nature of his/her account and his/her login credentials, and shall assume all liability arising from any disclosure of such information by itself, with the release of the CCR Digital Lab and the CCR from any liability for acts or acts fraudulently performed by the User and/or by third parties who have had access to the account due to malicious or negligent conduct by the User;
In the event of default by the User to one of the commitments undertaken, the User undertakes to indemnify and hold CCR Digital Lab and CCR free from any claim, compensation, damage or detrimental effect that may arise, both directly and indirectly, from the claims of third parties (including, but not limited to, other Users or authorities) because of such failure.
9. Hyperlinks to the Platform
The user may make a hyperlink (link) to the Platform’s home page, provided that such link does not infringe CCR Digital lab, the CCR or third-party rights and does not damage or exploit its reputation. CCR Digital lab reserves the right to revoke the connection authorization without prior notice.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising out of the application or relating to the interpretation of these Conditions, the Court of Turin has exclusive jurisdiction.
